Some styles may look slightly different from the preview because these Layer FX were created using different resolutions. If needed, use the “Scale Effects” option to adjust the effect based on your document's resolution.

The smoke, slime, bandages, etc., seen in some text effects are extra elements and not part of the Layer Style itself. Adding your personal touch to these effects is easy! If you need help creating a particular effect, feel free to ask.

Step 1: Find the .ASL File
Locate the .ASL file in your downloaded text style pack.

Step 2: Install the Style Pack
Drag and drop the .ASL file onto the Photoshop icon. No confirmation will appear, but the styles will install.

Step 3: Set Up Your Canvas
Create a 15" x 25" canvas at 300 DPI in Photoshop.

Step 4: Access the Styles
Type some text, then go to Window -> Styles to view the installed styles.

Step 5: Apply the Styles
Double-click your text layer, and select a style from the Styles section in the Layer Style window.

Step 6: Import Manually (if needed)
If styles don't appear, click the gear icon in the Styles panel and choose Import Styles to load them manually.
